 Swift Cap

 

 We provide the "Swift Cap" with and without the hose bibb nozzle feature, our sizes range from 1.50",  2.00", 3.00", 4.00", 6.00" and 8.00" cap. Our flexible cap line is a neoprene crafted item specified to the ASTM requirements. Wrapped with a stainless steel 300 series clamp along with a 300 series clamp housing and band. 

 

If you require a size not listed, we are able to add a bushing to reach the exact diameter the job requires.

 Hose Bibs

 

Designed for testing cast iron or schedule 40 plastic pipe

This Test cap offers a quick, easy way to fill and drain water used in testing sewer, drain, and waste systems.

Test Cap's are offered in sizes ranging from 1.50", 2.00", 3.00", 4.00", 6.00", 8.00"

 

Instructions for use

1. Install Test Cap on pipe
2. Tighten to 60 lbs torque
3. Connect hose to bibb
4. Open valve and fill pipe as needed
5. Observe for any leakage
6. Direct hose away and drain pipe.
